Anybody wishing to make a purchase from the PHEN website will
be required to register. The personal information we request
from you is required to process your order and to keep your membership
account, where appropriate, up-to-date.
PHEN may use your personal information and the data collected through
the web site to generate statistics or aggregate reports for internal
use only. However, these reports will not contain any personally
identifiable information - your identity remains anonymous.
PHEN will not, under any conditions, store your credit card information
on any of our servers. In fact, once your transaction has been processed,
we retain none of your credit card information in our database. Though
this policy necessitates your re-entering your credit card information
each time you visit our site to make another purchase, it is done
to assure you of utmost security.
Our on-line transaction system uses SSL encryption to ensure that
credit card information is transferred securely.
PHEN will not sell or rent out your personal information to any
other party. PHEN may contract with certain trusted companies to
act on its behalf by carrying out such functions as fulfilling orders
and delivering newsletters and packages. Those organizations are
provided with only the information needed to perform their specific
function and may not use such information for other purposes.
The PHEN on-line purchase system stores 'cookies' on your browser
to keep track of your shopping choices and to retrieve it the next
time you visit.
