To Borrow an Item

The videos and books in our library may be borrowed by all PHEN members residing in Canada, and any resident of, or institution located in, Alberta, Canada. If shipped by regular post, library books and videos will be loaned free of charge for a maximum of 3 weeks (A shipping and handling charge will be applied if materials are couriered.)
